Logging into BidSwitch Services

Many BidSwitch services are behind a login. All of these are accessed through the same LDAP based permissions system. To login, you will need your BidSwitch username and password. Once you know these, use the following steps.

1. When presented with the login page, enter your username and password.

2. Click Sign in. This will log you in for all BidSwitch services

3. If you are not automatically redirected to the service you logged into, open it in a new tab e.g. https://my.bidswitch.com

Note

Sign in with Google is only available to internal IPONWEB employees.

Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password:

1. From the login page, click Forgot Password?

2. Enter your username. An email will be sent to the address associated with that username. Follow the instruction in the email to create a new password.
